Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (not including free 1 month trial), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To request a refund, please reach out to us via our contact form with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process your request and issue a refund within a reasonable period.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. Please note that we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time if you cancel before the end of a billing period.

 

Application Use

Our service provides an AI-based tool for automating tweets using the ChatGPT generative model. However, as an AI, it lacks the capability to fully comprehend context and subtleties in language that a human would understand. Consequently, while the AI will strive to produce relevant and appropriate content, we cannot guarantee the quality of the chat generated by the AI, nor can we guarantee that it will not produce content that might be deemed inappropriate or damaging to your brand.
